I met with Marsha Atkin several times over the course of 4years regarding a workers comp claim. Each and every encounter was 100% professional, courteous, and patient. She was easy to schedule an appointment with, and never kept me waiting more than five minutes. I found her to be extremely competent and well informed. We met close to six times, before I proceeded to go ahead with my case. She never once charged me a fee of any kind. My own physician strongly supported my suit, and recommended Marsha Atkin by name. Once my case was filed, Marsha kept me informed of every development, and advised me of what to expect next. My case was actually resolved quite quickly, in my favor. Marsha is 100% responsible for that. My experience with the whole office was very much to my satisfaction. I would recommend her office without hesitation.

Gary Atkins is a fantastic lawyer. We were visiting Salt Lake City and planning to go to Alaska to celebrate my retirement, my wife tripped on a crack in the sidewalk in front of a hotel. Gary was the only lawyer that would take our case. He was honest with us and always kept us up to date. When we had to fly in for the deposition, he was there to meet us at the airport and then bring us to the office to get ready for the hearing. He showed us then and there that he cares about his clients and willing to go the extra mile to help to help his clients. Do not hesitate to you use Gary as he is very reliable and straight forward.

Marsha has been an excellent partner in helping me navigate the Social Security process. She is very knowledgeable on the subject and stays well informed on current events. Marsha has always been accessible to answer any questions or concerns that I have had. She is also quick to return calls or emails. The Social Security process is a difficult one and at times can be stressful. I am extremely satisfied and very happy that I chose Marsha Atkin to help me through it and I would give my highest recommendation that you do the same.
