Very pleasant!
Frankly overrated. All the 5 stars you see are family and friends of the people who work there. I've waited up to 10-20 minutes for a simple protein shake while other people (friends of the workers) would get theirs in two minutes or less on top of that they have fired many people for dumb reasons starting from they showed up a little early to work, to they work to hard. One main firement recently was a woman who worked hard for her children and always showed up to work was fired and that's just what has been leaked. This place is heavily overrated and Fit Blends or Smoothie king is a better alternative to this place
