Bruce is the one of the nicest person you would ever meet. He was very professional and he helped ease my mind throughout this whole ordeal. My 2021 looks exactly like it did when I pulled it off the car lot. McDonald Collision will definitely be my go to body if I ever need anymore repairs (Hopefully I do not need any repairs). Thank you all for working tirelessly to repair my car!
Everyone there have great customer service and they do a awesome job. My car looks just like it came off the dealer show room floor. They have my business. Not to mention they take care of everything, all I had to do was report accident to my insurance and they handled the rest. They even have on site rentals. One stop shop. Last but not least Mr. Bruce and Josh is the best!!!!!

I’m a traveling medical professional, and I was hit by another driver the day before Thanksgiving. I was devastated because I was unable to drive to California as planned to start my new assignment. However, I was able to leave my car in great hands. McDonald Collision is absolutely amazing. They kept me updated on the status of my car while in California, helped me through insurance woes, and was able to do such an amazing job on my car.They were also able to help ship my car to California! 1st time using them and I’m honestly impressed. Deer hit my Journey! Their attention to deal has it look like when I first got it! They give you constant updates as they move along with your vehicle. I would recommend anyone to get their body work and painting did there!
