Been a while since we have ordered pizza hut. I tell you this team here was the most pleasant experience I've had from any place of business. The young man who took my order by phone was informative and overall professional and pleasant. The pizza was outstanding! They were very busy but maintained a positive attitude. Even the cook was impressive. When he caught up on making the pizzas it was nice to see him cleaning the prep area. Overall awesome experience! Bravo!
I ordered a pizza for curbside pickup that was supposed to be ready in 15 mins. I called as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. A woman came out and told me it would be 8 more mins. I sat there for 20 mins waiting, finally decided to go in and get it, and it had been done for who knows how long just sitting in the warmer. And the marinara sauce I paid extra for was barely halfway full.
I'm not sure if it was an off night but the crust was horrible. The pizza was an original crust but it tasted horrible. It was almost like it was missing something.
Extremely slow. If employees would stay off their phones while preparing food it’d likely be safer and definitely would improve wait times. Lazy dude making pizzas with one hand because the other is holding his cell phone to his ear. He’s literally concentrating more on his phone call than doing his job. Embarrassing. The two ladies at the counter, however, were superb.
