I just had a truly great customer experience on New Years Day weekend Saturday. My wife and I were driving from CO to MI and really needed an oil change on our Highlander. On a whim I called the Service Department and spoke to a very polite and accommodating Robert Martin. He said he could work me in. A few minutes later a very friendly and respectful Robert Martin greeted me at the door and wrote up my order. Later a very good communicator Robert Martin kept me posted on the shop's progress and offered me one or two other optional service items while I was there, which I gladly accepted. Finally, a very pleasant Robert Martin rang up my bill and accepted my payment. I was on the road again in less than an hour and paid a fair price for this service. It was really a great customer experience. Thank you Robert Martin and Lewis Toyota of Hays!

Lewis did a great job.nGreat service after the sale.nThe car was exactly what I wanted they worked with me on the price.nWe did spend the extra money on the inside and outside protectant and it has made a lot of difference.nnTo me it seems like the salt and grime from the group doesn’t stick near as much on our vehicle compared to the neighbor.
