Usually pretty good service but lately they have been running out of products. Once it was cheese then sauce. They should always be prepared especially when they offer a special.
Ordered online. We ordered extra-most-best pepperoni and stuffed crazy bread. Paid, only to be made aware stuffed crazy bread was no longer a menu item (even though it can be ordered online). Staff was helpful to make it right, but what should have been an in-and-out purchase took an additional 10-minutes of waiting.
When it's good, it's great. But, when it's bad.... OMG. When you order online, don't ever take your pickup time seriously. On average you should add a good 30 minutes to an hour to that time for it to be more realistic. For a fast food restaurant that doesn't even offer dine-in, I probably have spent more time at this Little Caesars than any other restaurant in Cleveland. The staff is polite and the food is good,. But how bad could anyone really mess up a pizza? I'm sorry Little Caesars ud83dude15 ...I will still eat here probably twice a month anyway. Just plan on a few laps around the Tractor Supply or Dollar Tree in the shopping center across the street while you're waiting.
