Hi Charles, I’m so sorry about your experience. I just want to be sure that this was at the Cleveland, MS location and not GA correct? Just want to be sure so I can make sure it’s handled by the appropriate store.nThe only reason i gave it 1 star is because i can't go any lower than that.

Absolutely a joke of a place. Made my order online for a simple bread stick and sandwich order. With two dipping sauces. Delivered to me with zero dipping sauces. And I don't know about you but I can't eat bread sticks with no sauce. I was told by the driver they would be back with my sauces. Fast forward to about 30 minutes later when I call up to the store only to be told they were out of the sauces and no one was gonna be bringing me anything. This was my lunch...and now I've basically got food I can't eat and was told I'd have to wait till Wednesday of next week to speak with a manager......im done with this place.

Yesterday, on National pie day, I ordered a pizza and wings to be delivered. I was delivered the wrong Pizza, so called up to the store where they told me they would get me the right pizza. 2 HOURS LATER I still did not have a pizza. Tried calling and they did not answer the phone for 12 minutes. Drove up to the store to some very rude employees, whose only excuse was three people quit. No compensation, no apology, and a complete and total didn't give a damn attitude from every employee there. Handed me a pizza they had remade and the lady claimed it was fresh made. That turned out to be a lie as the pizza turned out to be room temperature.nnI have seen similar things happen at other restaurants in my life and the employees rallied around the occasion and actually did an outstanding, superior job, basically made the best of a bad situation.

It was ok. The girl who took my order was very sweet. However, I think when they make a mistake and you have to wait due to their error a small token like a free drink or something would be nice. And it would go a long way.nWe should have had 2 certain items on our pizza and the sticker on box said that, yet that was not what was in the box. Plus another pizza was wrong but that mistake was okay and we kept it. Mistakes happen but I feel since there were two mistakes a little something extra for our wait and inconvenience should have been accommodated. Just saying
