McDonald's

Call me dramatic but this McDonald’s was the cherry on top of my Florida trip with the family. The young lady at the window was so sincere and the food was amazing! The double quarter pounder with the cheese was phenomenal

I have worked at this McDonald's since September 2012, and have seen a lot of improvement in the service to our customers and general cleanliness of the restaurant.nTo address not being able to find the order number on your receipt: I always either circle the order number and/or fold the receipt so that the number is very clear to the customer, as well as audibly tell the customer their order number and to listen for it to be called.nCleanliness/Appearance: I, and many other crew members strive to keep the tables, beverage station, lobby floor, and the Ladies' room clean and neat (the Men's room is attended to by male crew members); but when it is very busy my attention to these details is not what I'd like it to be. It is, however, a LOT better than it used to be.nFriendliness of the crew: I am very unhappy when I don't see the utmost courtesy and friendly service to our customers. Way too often does the crew not come across as sincerely glad when a customer walks into the restaurant, and when we're taking and delivering orders. On the other hand, I have rarely seen real discourtesy. It's more of a detached attitude one sees. The management is actively taking measures to change this.nQuality of Food: I'm disappointed to hear from one reviewer that the fries are never crisp on the outside. That is a matter close to all our hearts. I will definitely bring this to the managers' attention. As for the rest of the food, it's all pretty tasty!nIn conclusion, please give us another chance. A customer's dissatisfaction can be taken care of on the spot. Don't leave disappointed. We want not only to fix the issue for you, we strive to make your visit better. I promise you, management is all ears when a customer expresses dissatisfaction, Please also let us know when we did something to make you glad you came in to our McD's. We want to repeat the good things!

I enjoy the curbside service and the McDonald's app is great! However, if you choose to use the curbside service, be sure to check your bag, two times in a row the person bri ging me my food forgot to put napkins and a straw in the bag. Kinda defeats the purpose of curbside if you have to go in for those things.

The food was good, but I was not able to get a shake due to the machine being down.
