Not too bad for a quick $7 pizza. The employees are pretty calm and friendly. The store is usually pretty clean as well.

We use this restaurant ALL the time. We’ve had our orders cancelled multiple times with no warning, no call or email or anything. Today though, today was the breaking point. We understand that it’s a busy day for the places still open, but the way the MANAGER handled our call, was very much unprofessional! First she said our order was MADE AND READY, but that it would still be 2 to 3 hours before she could get it out here. Which, is crazy in the first place. Then she proceeded to tell us that ‘it wouldn’t be too cold, cause it was in a warmer’. Then while my husband was asking myself what I thought we should do, she said it’s fine, it’s already been canceled! Like, what?! We never said ‘just go ahead and cancel the order’. This is just craziness! Then she went on to say ‘she was too busy to deal with this, it’s already canceled it’, and then just hung up the phone. Needless to say, we WILL NOT be using this branch again. Completely uncalled for!!nnThe branch I am talking about is the Taylor Street.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza for delivery for my family. A few minutes later I was called saying they can’t do a delivery to my address after 7 pm. I would have to come to the store and pick it up. When I get to the store I am told multiple lies. 1 being that my street has no street lights. (It’s the middle of July at 7:30 pm. I didn’t even drive there or home with head lights on.) 2. The houses are not in order. How many neighbor hoods do you go to that are exactly 1,2,3,4 ( they are in numerical order) 3. It’s a company policy that they don’t do deliveries after 7pm to places with low visibility. When in reality I was home before the sun even started to set and there’s street lights on every pole in my neighborhood. And I was on the phone with a friend that’s a store manager and even said it was a lie. You better believe I’ll be speaking to the regional manager.
