By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will not go back. Their drive thru almost always takes 30 mins or more to navigate, the building is always nasty (inside and out), and to top it off the person taking orders was rude on many levels and when we finally were able to speak to the manager she was even worse! This location just needs to be shut down.
Trying to give zero Stars. Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes, trapped with cars in front and behind. They took one order and give that out then take another order. Last time through they said that their system was down but the person in front and behind of my car got to order. DO NOT GO HERE, WHEN they do let you order it is wrong and or missing items .
Disappointed, the whole eating area was closed and you had to go through the drive thru. Our order was fast but our fries were cold and the moca coffee drink we ordered was not sweet.
The food was freshly cooked and the staff was great. I have never been impressed with McDonalds, but this visit was spectacular.
I bought a kids meal with regular nuggets but instead I got spicy nuggets and I also didn’t have my sauce and my box was half way destroyed, I also bought a burger and fries separately , they look and taste like it’s been sitting there all day. FRIES WERE STONE COLD and on top of that the drive-thru took more than 15 minutes. But the drinks were good.
