Decent service. My mom's order was only missing fries but they didn't charge her for it. It was kind of a rush hour and we had to pull to the curbside pickup area to wait although we were ordering from the drive thru. Not a big problem, though. We waited maybe an extra 5 minutes before they brought out her food.

I ordered one of the new chicken sandwiches, there was a small tomato and a bit of lettuce, the chicken, if that’s what you can call it, was overcooked. Ordered a medium vanilla shake, was barely anything in the cup. The fries were cold, the only good thing was the tea, sad!

I know these folks work real hard - the problem is with the owner/managment. Count on the frappe and ice cream machine NOT WORKING! Count on a 20 minute wait every time. Every time there will only be one register open. The person taking the order will then work on that order before taking another order. I am going to open a fast food restaurant in the center of Griffin and make millions of dollars off of the revenue this McDonalds loses every year from customers getting tired of waiting in line. Based on my experience here I am guessing ice cream machines are broken 90 percent of the time so I will have 10 machines to catch all of the lost ice cream sales from this McD's as well.

The lobby was closed and all orders are taken through the drive thru. Parking lot was clean and we'll marked, outside of building was well maintained. The servers were polite, took orders efficiently and served the correct items ordered, andgave accurate change.

Probably one of the best McDonald locations I've ever been to... I actually had an issue with my burger one day, took up there & the owner was there & had no problem fixing my order & giving me complimentary fries which were greatly appreciated because I forgot fries my first go. ud83dude0aud83dude01
