First time going here and I can say this is not what I was expecting. The sandwich was good but I thought it would have been heated or be given the option. It was just cold cuts on french bread. Something I probably won't spend money on again.

First time having Jimmy John’s and upon entering I was NOT pleased with the customer service. The young lady asked me loudly and rudely twice what I wanted even asking her to give me a second because I wanted to view the menu. She was obviously ready to go (it was 7:45) and just threw our sandwiches together. The young man working could see my frustration and tried to be helpful, but her attitude almost caused me to leave the food right there in the counter. The only reason I didn’t was because my daughter was looking forward to it. It’s sad that I ordered, but have no idea what I really got because she had the sandwich wrapped before I could say what I did or did not want in them. I asked if she marked the sandwiches so I would know what was what and she replied NO. The young man offered to mark them for me. All she said the entire time was get your own bag at the end of the counter. I will visit again but if she is working, I’m leaving immediately! Customer service training is essential!

I would suggest adding a door chime of some sort. A bell at the counter. Anything.nI ordered a sandwich online (Sunday around 3:15pm). Ingredients were fresh, but the sandwich overall was a little sub par for Jimmy Johns (I’ve eaten at several locations between a couple of states); it may have been the arrangement of ingredients or something, who knows.nnI walked in to pick up my order, and I stood, alone, for roughly 7 minutes. A young woman and a guy (who wasn’t in any form of a uniform) came from the back. She was pleasant, not rude, and gave me my order with a smile.nnOverall satisfied, I just think something should be addressed in the way of a door chime or a way of letting employees know that a customer has entered the store.nI’m not disappointed in the service or performance; I just realize what a safety concern that is for your employees.
