Money wasted. Really deserves a FAT ZERO. Asked to have hair braided to the back, and pinned up in a ball. Asked not to braid hair tight. Did Valerie understand me. Hello to the capital NO. 100.00 wasted. Who burn the end of braids and plait them together. No one I've ever been too. Not only was my hair a hit mess, the braids were not even and not plaited all the way to the end. Have had that style several times, but never dissatisfied like I was. My head is so sore beyond belief, and I can barely comb my hair. It hurts to touch as well as trying to style in a simple natural ponytail. Will NOT be returning. Keep the 100.00, because the way you played me with my money, you will lose in the end.

Valarie is awesome! Sat down at 9, done before 12 (knotless braids) sent my sister and her friend same experience. Super friendly, and clean. My go to people for braided hairstyles.

No point in making an appointment bc they will reschedule when you walk in the door as if ppl have all day to waste. Appointment times aren’t just to respect the braiders time but the customers time as well. Then when you ask questions so u can accommodate the rest of ur day they become rude and loud. Let’s not forget how they will rush ur hair with crazy parting to get their kids on time from the sitter. Kelly and Valerie need to work on time management bc when ppl are putting money in y’all pockets their time should be appreciated as well.

Thanks so much to Kelly and Valerie for their professionalism. I sent Valerie a picture of my expectations and she explained to Kelly exactly what I wanted. I have been looking for hair braiders since I left NC. I don’t live in this area but I’m here every Thanksgiving. But I will be coming back. The experience was amazing and I feel beautiful. Thanks so much.
