Marco's Pizza

We stopped supporting this place. Food is good but young female employees have bad attitudes. Should at least fake being polite, cause you need us more than we need you.nP.S. This review is for Salem Rd location

Ordered a pizza on March 6th around 1 pm. Waited an hour and called to check on the status of the delivery. The lady at the front answered and was extremely rude. She stated the food would be there in 30 minutes, and when I asked for clarification, she stated it would be there soon and hung up. The delivery driver was very nice and apologized for the delay, hence why I left an extra star. The pizza did arrive hot but took an hour and a half to arrive, and the customer service by the lady was awful.

WONT BE COMING BACK! I ordered a pepperoni and ham pizza with garlic crust on my way to work around 9:40 on 2/2/21 ( night shift worker). In a rush I knew that I’d have to eat on my way there in the car. So I grabbed a slice and began eating once I got to the crust I noticed that there was no garlic on it so I turned the light on in my car and also noticed that there was no ham. This was about 9:55 at this point so I decide I’ll call the following day and have them remake it. On my way to work the following day I stop in with the pizza to get a replacement. The manager says that because one of the slices was eaten she couldn’t do remake it. I was in disbelief because I’ve never known Marcos to conduct behavior in that manner. Like most food restaurants, if something is wrong with the food you should replace it. So I ask the manager there’s nothing you could do even though it was you all’s mistake? She says no and then proceeds to offer me a $2 credit for a $14 pizza that had one slice eaten. So I ask her if one slice costs $12 because that’s all that was missing. She just continued to inform me that she can’t do anything about it although it was there fault. I’m in shock and as a avid buyer of Marcos a bit disappointed in the way that these errors on you guys part are handled. I typically pass brown bridge on my way to work but I know if I want pizza just go 278.

Never ordering again never get orders right this was the last time I will be ordering.......ordered two pizza only one came delivery driver had to go back and get the other one and the second one was added late that is what the manager said happen when I called and spoke to management...how when I place the order the same time for two pizza... arguing that mix up was not going to happen because I wanted my food and I didn’t want anybody to spit in it but I’m never ordering pizza from Marco‘s Brown Bridge covington again this location could never keep employees always changing staff they have to do better ...Papa John’s going to get my moneyud83dudc4d
