This used to be great, but recent hires are driving this business to the ground. The tables and the bathroom are dirty, and the wait times are longer because employees are having too much fun cracking jokes among themselves, some are louder than the buzzer on the oven. Many times they get the order wrong, and wished they handed out a receipt when you pay so any miscommunication can be caught BEFORE they made the sandwich.

I got a sub the other day it's okay nothing negative to say but I personally like other sub places better
I’ve given this location multiple chances but they keep getting my orders wrong. It’s hard to check a sandwich when you go through the drive thru. Today I asked for the bread to be left in my sandwich and it was taken out. Other times customizations were not correct (not having guac/dijon mustard) either. I called the store and talked to the Manager Erica who said I could come back to the store and they would remake the sandwich but I live 15 minutes away and it was pouring rain. I just wanted my sandwich made correctly the first time. I love Jimmy Johns and this is the only nearby location so I don’t want to give up on it but it needs better quality control.
