I had gotten a couple pizzas from this location a couple weeks ago and they were terrible and dry and tasted hard as a rock not fresh at all. But they made it right with me and made 2 fresh to order pizzas! Their customer service is great! Very nice... Ya know I just want to say respect goes a long way... I noticed some customers were super rude to the staff which is ridiculous. If you want respect then maybe show some... Just saying. Thanks for making this right with me ud83dude0a

Hi I went here today excited to try the new stuffed pretzel crust pizza. The woman who took my order was very nice but she told me they stopped offering that. (Even thought it stats online the offers valid until the 28th and today is the 24th). So I ordered a regular stuffed crust pizza. Everything seemed good until I got home amd noticed my pizza is burnt. I will now drive a little farther to go to a different store the next time I want a pizza. Thanks for reading have a good day.

Terrible service! Waited 15 minutes for a hot and ready pepperoni pizza and it still wasnt ready! Got my money back and left! Someone needs to tighten this store up!

Terrible ghetto attitude, from a manager at that. Very busy, short staff, not my problem. They should of prepared for this night long ago! I waited 30 minutes over the time that my online order said would be ready. The other 20 people waiting had the same experience as me, wether they leave a review or not.

This location is my favorite in Covington on 278 thus; far I asked for extra sauce and got it. And my topping was as I ordered per build a pizza!
