I have been a faithful customer of Chenelle for over 9 months, so has my daughter and Daughter-In-law. My daughter purchased a wig all of the hair fell out of the top, she only wore it for 1 month, my daughter- in-law went for a install and wanted her bangs cut she missed up her wig and refused to give her money back. She also called the police. I went last month I wanted a Mayven wig installed the wig was a 20 inch body wave, if you have ever purchased a mayven wig you know their brand is made in the wig. After she dyed my knots and was going to install the wig I notice how long the wig was and the texture was not the same. I then asked her was this my wig? She said yes, I asked her was the mayven logo inside she said she didn’t notice. This morning I took the wig off and it wasn’t my wig, no logo and the top was so thin you could see the lace. When I went to her shop this morning I sat down it the chair and said we have a problem, this is not my wig, it doesn’t have the brand in the wig. I said I hope this was a Horst mistake but you have to return my wig or give a new one. No yelling no cursing, she started yelling and called the police. I explained the issue to the police and said I was taking her to small claims court. Ladies unless you buy a wig from her which are all aliexpress cheap wigs watch out.
