The owner is very friendly and fun to chit chat with. Very impressive menu, but you can literally tell her flavors you like and she will recommend and come up with the perfect drink for you. I can't wait to go back and plan to make this my regular spot.
We absolutely enjoyed our experience at MaddLulu. The drinks and desserts were so delicious and well worth the wait. It's a cool spot to take the whole family for a special treat. We loved the atmosphere and great customer service. We will definitely come back.

Her customer service was horrible. She didn't even greet us when we came in. She continued to work behind the counter, then walked outside, came back in still did not greet us. After 5 minutes, proceeded to take the order. Walked off again, without giving us a total. Her attitude was disgusting. So we left, she followed us outside, questioning me about why I left. So I told her bcz I didn't like her attitude or the fact that she didn't even greet us. She got a worse attitude.
