Do NOT give this place your time or money. I had made the mistake of choosing this location while on a weekend trip to GA just this past weekend (March 21, 2021 just to be specific) and I placed an online order for delivery. After a smooth ordering process as well as successfully paying for my order I received a phone call stating they wouldn’t be delivering anymore that night. This was after I called them 4 times to get hung up on instead of finding out when my food would be delivered. This place has provided me with the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service experience as well as the worst Dominos experience. I ended up getting Pizza Hut that night instead.

I love Domino's, but recently I have not had the best experiences, especially with COVID-19 going on. FIRST, Drivers do not wear masks. They stand directly at the door and do not social distance. This is ridiculous. I even called in advance to tell them I wanted the delivery strictly contact less and I even requested it online when i ordered my pizza. Apparently there is no communication between the team and drivers seem not to care that we are in the middle of a pandemic. I will not be ordering from this location ever again.

Ordered my pizza at 10:30. Receive the tracking message that it was in quality check at 10:52. It is now 12:16. I still don't have my pizza. I live one mile away. the excuse that I was given was that they only have one driver. Don't all Domino's locations only have one or two drivers? I don't think I'm going to get my food. And I already paid for it.

Had an issue with an order, contacted management about it and they helped me out. Lady at the front desk was very kind and provided good customer service. Management called me back and Fixed the whole situation. I have been getting pizza from this location for many years and have had good experience each time.

Domino's Pizza has really come up in the world in my opinion. The newly renovated stores are a pleasure to walkthrough. The employees are for the most part pleasant to talk to. The food is diverse and well made. They have made many changes that have brought me back to them as a pizza provider. I recommend the lava crunch cakes if you are getting dessert. So tasty!
