Excellent customer service every time I visit. My last visit the manager on duty ,I believe her name was Briana, was hands on helping the employees make sure that everyone was being taken care of. Great team effort by all. Will definitely visit again!

I understand fast and friendly and I appreciate that they were. They were just a little too fast. We got two Slim-N-Trims and they were not blended fully. There was a gritty residue remaining after drinking it and you could see the flavor add ins settled at the bottom of the cup. unfortunately we had gotten too far along the expressway to go back.

I must have caught the staff on a bad day today 3/16/21. And it showed in the product. If I was a first time customer to Smoothie King, I would not be a second time customer for sure. I'm not normally one to complain but the customer service was non-existent. For 9 dollars, at least make me think you appreciate my business.

Fast service, friendly staff, great options!!!nnI accidently mobile ordered for this location, but needed a different location. When I called she was friendly and SUPER helpful. 12 hours later they processed a full refund and sent me an email confirmation.

I normally don’t leave reviews but the experience I’ve had every time coming into this locations has never been pleasant. I came with my husband yesterday and he was so shocked by how I was talked to he wrote a review. I order from this location about 3x a week because my business is close by. I normally always order online and it’s seems that’s not the employees favorite way because I never get a pleasant hello always a stare like what do I want. I decided to pick up through the drive though and went to the window because last time I was told for online orders come to pick up window. I was met not greeted by a women with a very horrible attitude and that experience has turned me off of this location for the last time. I’ll take my money elsewhere because kindness isn’t hard to give.
