I walked in between 2:30 and 2:45 on Monday December 28th, 2020, one of the employees was sitting in the couch and the other was at the register (that's fine, it's painful to stand all day). I showed them a coupon my brother in law gave me for a free haircut and asked if I could use it. I was told yes, but I needed to make a reservation. They told me that I could come back after four pm that day which is crazy. As far as I could tell there were no customers in the salon. Who would wait more than an hour to get a haircut at an empty salon? I guess a $12 tip for twenty minutes of work isn't good enough for them to cut my hair? I can go to great clips and get a professional haircut with almost no wait time and it costs just a little more than a 20% tip at the boardroom. That is a great way to lose new customers. The only reason they get two stars is because I didn't actually get a haircut and can't judge how good their haircuts are.

Got no joke the worst haircut of my life here. Spent $52 for the stylist to hack up my hair and leave me with razor burn on the back of my neck. Would not recommend.

UPDATE: The manager from Boardroom Salon contacted me to apologize for my experience and make things right. Just got a complimentary haircut from Shar (my fav) and all is well. Bravo.nnMimi is horrible in every way. Lost a loyal customer.
