We drove out 20 mins just to have a cup of coffee just to find out that at 8:15pm (closing is 9pm) the staff had already started cleaning up. Therefore, they refused to make us a mocha frap which is what we came here for. I had no choice to order a hot coffee and ordered a caramel machiato and it tasted like a latte. Overall, pretty disappointed in the service.
Awesome customer service! Lady who attended us was very sweet and quick.
This location is horrible. How can a location mess up a Venti Dark Roast? 3 times. Pretty scary, huh?ud83dude33 The best location I now have found is the one on Holcomb Bridge near Home Depot. Top quality and class. This one would be just fine in a third world country where they are blessed to even get Starbucks in general but would not know the difference and will take anything.
Ordered grande drink around lunch time today via drive-thru and they only put 50% of the cup. I see that other people complaining about their cups being 80% full but mine was literally only half full. Never will return to this store.
