Extra extra slower the night sift around 11:30
Customer service is slightly better than it once was. Which has brought it from a previous 1 star to a gentle 2. Still can expect my burger to have something weird going on. Either too many onions in the middle of the bun, or the meat being over cooked, the cheese being halfway on the burger, crunchy buns, soggy fries, or fries that's been sitting too long. It's like take you pick ya know but hey it's McDonald's. We're all still going to go.
This location is consistent at completing orders incorrectly after making the customer wait on average 30 minutes. At this point, I think they are doing this on purpose and they’re teaching this behavior in training. Example: I order a large Sprite and I get a large water! I ask for extra cheese and I get no cheese. I ask for a combo meal and I get a sandwich and a pie.nThis place is RIDICULOUS!!
Not one experience was good. The customer service was horrible. The guy at the drive-thru window attempted to give me my daughter happy meal box opened. I had to remind him of my drinks and no napkins where provided. Guess you have to ask for napkins now? Taste your fries before pulling off, they probably old. Just avoid this location!!!
Foods fine, staff fine, wait time is freaking out of this world every time. I have no idea how they are so slow this consistently. Snails could run this mcdonalds faster
