Galla's Pizza, Wings and Subs

Really confused with this one. I usually go to the Chamblee location, and there are two major differences.nnPizza: this locations pizza is a lot better. Better cheese (flavor, amount, and texture), and the pizza sauce is better quality - not as watery and has more oregano.nnWings:nThe wing sauce is worse compared to Chamblee. There were red pepper flakes in the sauce, and it didn’t taste right. Chamblee does it right with franks and butter, despite the fact they are tiny. Not sure why this location’s wing sauce is watery and has red pepper flakes?nnAll in all, I prefer this location because the pizza is better.

Won’t deliver if it’s too close to 10. Bummer. Sad you don’t want the business

The food was ridiculously and poorly made. I cannot believe the food was that bad. I ordered a grilled chicken pasta and it tasted like straight cinnamon and nutmeg. What the heck . I will never order from them again. The fries and chicken tenders were dry and not tender at ALL. I asked for buffalo tenders but they gave me straight flavorless bland food. Wow, it was atrocious.

I frequent the Chamblee Galla's often with my family. The food and service is AMAZING. Once I learned of the Norcross location, I raved about them to my aunt. I sent her to purchase a calzone for us just to find that it was burned. We were very unsatisfied with it. After calling the location, someone named Paul informed her he would happily replace the calzone with a medium pizza. The day after speaking with Paul we called the location to process the replacement. A guy named Brian stated that he could not replace the calzone because Paul did not leave any notes referencing such a transaction and he could not be reached. My only option was to have it replaced directly through Paul once he came back in. For the next 2 days following this talk with Brian, I have called to try and get in touch with Paul but he has not been in. On the second day, I called and spoke with a different Brian, who again, said Paul was not in. I asked for a general manager and Brian proceeds to tell me they do not have general managers, titles, or anyone generally in charge. Everyone helps everyone out, and the only people over anyone are the owners. I later found out that this location is a franchise and is not directly related to the Chamblee location. That part is very apparent through the service alone. I will never visit this location again or recommend them to anyone.
