Although the pizza is delicious, the customer service we received over the phone while trying to place our order was horrible. The lady on the other end of the phone taking our order rushed us and got annoyed when we asked questions about the menu items that we were interested in adding to our order. Really frustrating. Definitely not the customer service we are used to receiving at Jets Pizza.

This was my first Jet's Pizza in years. I have Celiac Disease and they only recently started to offer a gluten free crust. The crust and toppings we're excellent but it's not a particularly good value. The pizza is expensive and very small (maybe two thirds the size of a gluten free pizza from Domino's that is priced the same). I'm glad I tried it but I don't think that I will go back.

On Sunday the 23rd I decided to order pizza from Jets pizza. I said I would pickup in about 45 minutes. The gentleman on the phone said his name was Shawn . He took my order and gave me discount with a coupon. He wasn’t near a register so he said he would call me back for payment info.We played phone tag for thirty minutes and I was running late. We finally connected and I gave my payment info. I made a wrong turn and called him to say I missed my turn. He stayed on the phone with me to be sure Found the shop. He told when I arrived to just call him and he would bring my order to my car. He brought it to the car and buckled the seatbelt to secure it and even though I told him I did not have my wallet with me he gave me a bottled water because I was so thirsty. A+ customer service and A+ pizza, it doesn’t get much better than that .nThank you Shawn, we will continue ordering from your store.
