I don’t know where they get 3.5 stars from because I have an amazing experience at the chef house. The service was excellent and the foods were delicious. The best Chinese foods I have ever eaten. I actually want to go to China because their foods were so tasty. I want them to cater for my wedding. I just can’t explain how their ribs are so tender in the inside and crispy on the outside, I must say the chef did a great job on the spicy shrimp and ribs!!

To be honest, their service was terrible but I didn’t mind. I liked the Peking duck although the cut was terrible.nnWhat I was not happy was that two dishes I ordered was given completely wrong.nThe mung bean noodles was not the one I ordered or expected at all, it was wide glass noodles(sweet potato noodles).nAnd I ordered a spicy and sour noodles dish which is supposed to be thin noodles, but they brought me the same kind of wide glass noodles too. They said they don’t have it or ran out. Why don’t they feel like informing me or asking me before they made the dish??? I could’ve ordered another dish!nThey just don’t care or assume it’s all right and make whatever they think that’s ok or make do.nI don’t want to order two completely two different dishes and get the same thing!!!nnThe waiter didn’t bring a note to write what we ordered. We won’t mind if he had memory but we waited long time and it turned out he forgot the dish we ordered for our child!nnWe definitely won’t be going back anymore.

This restaurant is amazing!!!! To be honest this is the best Chinese restaurant I’ve been in United States for the last seven years. Every single dish is so good and their service is fantastic. Everyone who loves Chinese food have to be there and try their Peking duck!!

Always love this place. Just like home.nnHowever during the new year season, this restaurant cannot handle more than 3 tables. The food we ordered via phone was 30 minutes late. My friends have to wait for me.nThe female host told me they were so busy they do not wish to take phone order anymore

I want to support local restaurants but places like this make it very difficult to do so.nnto be clear, my expectations whenever ordering food is to be provided the most accurate information as it is available and what i do not tolerate well is lying and lack of transparency.nni ordered multiple dishes including duck and a whole fish. i was quoted 30 minutes for pickup which i arrived right at the quoted time and was told the total price and given the breakdown including the weight of the fish as it was charged by the pound.nn20 minutes go by (50 minutes into the order) nothing is ready. i inquire about this and was told they didnt have the fish i ordered and if i wanted to switch the fish type... how did you charge me for the fish by weight 20 minutes ago then?nntotal order pickup time took more than an hour with what i can only gather as a lie when they told me how much the weight of this non existent fish was in the beginning.nnWill not be back.
