Like the taste of the burgers taste way fresher, worth the wait. The ud83cudf5f was hard though and kind of cold. The service was excellent.
Horrible customer service. We wait in the drive through for 15 min. Not only that. They messed up our whole order beside the frys and drinks. Went inside to tell them that and then waited for another 15 minutes to just to talk to them. The lady at the front area and then the “ supposedly manager” rude peoplenthe store wasn’t even busy. I have been to busier store and never had to wait that long.
This place is a joke. I know working there sucks but atleast work. Attitudes are horrible. When you have a loud attitude you can’t hear customers. It is not our fault you chose to work there. I have just recently started using this location and it was a mistake. If you don’t want to work, then quit
Food is fine. The frustration is online pickup ordering and then the doors will be locked so you can not pickup causing a drive thru pickup that makes the wait longer. If pick up is not available the app shouldn't allow ordering.
Waited 12 minutes to get wrong order, told girl it was wrong she asked what it was supposed to be and I said a burger with just cheese and ketchup (no pickle).. I got another burger with pickle, bacon and onion . Ordered nuggets with ranch and got honey mustard.. 20 minutes total STILL WRONG...
