I called for a quote and the guy I talked to was rude and unprofessional. There wasn’t even anyone in my state to help so idk why it came up on google search for someone near me.
Quick and almost painless- Ricki arrived within 15 minutes of contancting me had me back in my car within minutes of him arriving. I wish it didn't cost me 110$, but other than that the whole process was quick and efficient.
Came to change locks arrived on time. Agreed to change 3 locks at our location then insisted on charging for 6. I left with someone else aware of situation. Guy Refused to leave without payment. Con artist.
I called to have a key made and the receptionist said she would have the tech call me and he never did.
