HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I would not recommend this location to anyone !!!! They’re extremely slow. Their customer service is horrible. I live 5 min away and always order online and it’s NEVER ready when I arrive. It usually takes 15-30, regardless of the day, for me to receive my order. I live 10min from the old national location but will rather take the drive. I’ve never had a bad experience with old national SK, but camp creek ...... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or DISTURB YOUR PEACE.

The worst smoothie king experience I have ever had. I’m so disappointed about it because I love smoothie king. The smoothie I received was poorly made, water and clumpy ... I think it was blended poorly or they didn’t use enough ingredients. When I asked for the staff to remake the manager and the staff were both condescending and unhelpful. Obviously, I didn’tnget the drink remade because they didn’t make it. I’m upset and will not be going back there. The situation didn’t escalate to a verbal altercation or anything but it was unfortunate and I did feel like as a customer my satisfaction or the quality of service wasn’t a priority.

A bunch of kids who can't handle a rush. I got a vegan smoothie and they must have forgotten half the ingredients, it was basically chocolate and ice. Don't come here during a peak hour, they were bumping around, falling all over each other, yelling 'Shut Up' it was too much for the teen motley krew..lol They need a grownup onsite for busy times, if their armed security guard wasn't there, things would be even more chaotic.

1 star because the smoothies are good! Customer service is below average. Honestly, if there were other smoothie places in the area I would recommend you go elsewhere. On Fridays the line is long because of the $5 deal but I still would not recommend coming here.

Terrible customer service. No suggestions were offered also Jessica was rude and when the manager falon came out he was nonchalant. Also it smelled a bit like dirty water. I may have came on the wrong day because the vibe was uncomfortable.
