Pinkice Salon is beautiful and the vibe is unmatched. Very friendly, no cattiness or drama. I've been seeing Candace for over 6 yrs now for all my hair needs and I wouldn't have it any other way. Candace's sew ins and wigs are the best! The owner, Keshia, is super nice, she displays great customer service and is friendly. The salon has a makeup artist, lash tech and a great braider. All the stylists in there are great! Salute to a black owned business with boss babes helping u feel and look beautiful!

Candace is super unprofessional and will let you walk out of the shop without retrieving your change from her services. After she messed up top part of my hair she told me to come in this Wednesday because she had a dinner to go to. That was a lie because she posted hairstyles on social media at that time. She then called to confirm the time And when I reached Back out to her she didn’t bother to respond. She definitely didn’t deserve all the money she took from me and I’m tired of these desperate hair stylist trying to take extra money from kind people. Her shampoo girl Is ghetto and loud and can barely wash hair or braid. I don’t think she’s even licensed to touch anyone’s hair. I will never step foot back into the place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. She can do her own hair but doesn’t care what you want or need and doesn’t give you hair care tips. All she wants is your money. There are plenty people to do hair ladies. We just have to pick them wisely. Pics soon if possible to post. It was on the scheduling site to text 24 hrs in advance to confirm your appointment. I scheduled the appointment less than 24hrs, so as soon as I made the appointment I texted Raven. So I left work a little earlier just to make it to the appointment on time. When I got there, she was finishing up the previous appointment and she looked surprised to see me because she asked me if I was there for her and what service was I getting done which was on the appointment scheduler. Then what made matters worst, their water went out which I wasn't mad about because it was inevitable. However, I followed instructions, left work early, and wasted gas. She didn't even offer a free service for next time. This was my first time going and this was a referral. Oh, and the salon smelled like smoke. I would not recommend.
