I made my daughter a hair appointment and was requested to urgently paid deposit as slots were filling up. I instantly paid deposit. On day of appointment Braider did not show up and I have been attempting to get my deposit back. This has been over a month ago. The deposit is not much but it is principle of customer service. After many times of sending messages and not able to leave voicemail, I still have not received my deposit back.
Excellent customer service! This is my daughter's first time at their salon so far so good though. The place is clean and the stylist explained the entire process. Normally we go to another kids salon in East Point, but their customer service is not so good and the wait time is awful. The stylist was ready for daughter as soon as we walked in. My baby's hair looks wonderful! Great Job! We will be back!
This place is awesome. The customer service was phenomenal. Everybody was so nice it's jus great energy when you walk in. My daughter's hair looks amazing. I'm so glad I found this salon. We have definitely found us a hopefully permanent place to get her hair done. I recommend this salon to anyone who wants a place that is dedicated to kids hair and styles.
My daughter has been coming here for a few months they are consistent with great customer service and quality braiding. The Stylist aren’t overly booked so there’s little to no wait with an appointment. My daughter loves her stylist and look forward to going to the salon!
Took my granddaughter LS4K to have her hair braided in a style I found online. Stylist did an amazing job and she was very patient through all of my granddaughters crying and whining. My baby's hair looks beautiful.
