Accelerated Tax &Insurance Services will have myself and my family as customers for a very long time! Switching to this company has been one of the best decisions I could have made. Very informative, very prompt! The owner/CEO is very helpful and professional. Great customer service from the employees as well. I highly recommend trying them this 2018 tax season and for all of your insurance needs!

I had a terrible experience and was spoken to rudely by my preparer. When I brought an error to her attention, instead of admitting her error, her professionalism disappeared. Horrible experience. More than half of my refund went to fees. Will never use again and will most certainly not recommend. Would give zero stars if I could.
