when I first started coming here it was great, but the quality of the cuts have gone down. Last two cuts were awful. And this last time i went, I made an appointment just like the previous time only this time, there was a surprise appointment fee waiting for me AFTER my cut. I would've been fine paying it if they had told me about it when I made the appointment but the fact that they were sneaky about it wasnt cool. And then the guy that cut my hair assumed his tip and kept my money rather than letting me tip what I thought was appropriate. I'm a little shocked at the service here lately and tbh, I want my money back, for the appointment charge and the excess tip money the barber took from me. Sorry but I'm gonna go somewhere else next time. Smh.

The guys there were awful rude and unprofessional after waited an hour to get a hair cut for a disabled child they refused to do it because they said an apt was needed when they could have just had the curtesy to say so when we walked in and signed Because they clearly saw us go in, instead of having us wait an hour. Don’t waste your time with rude unprofessional people. All they had to do was communicate with us instead of waisting our time and having my son with disabilities for them to refuse to do it. Very outraged with there service

This place gives Great Hair cuts, good prices. The people there are very professional, good at what they do. I have nothing negative to say about the quality and workmanship of their haircuts. My issue is, however how can you post hours of business on your door and on the website Closing at 6pm. But, yet you choose to close your doors after a certain time of day. And don't let anyone in. I get you wanna be done and able to go home by 6pm. So, if this is the case so be it. Who doesn't after a long day at work. BUT, At least post it somewhere so customers know! I tried calling today over 7 times (1hr & 30 min before closing time) to verify hours. All the phone did was ring, ring, ring then hang up. I decided to drive down there to see. I got there at 5:30pm and the doors were closed. At the end of the day. This is not good customer service! Make it better so we know your policies. To avoid displeasure with not being open until 6pm as posted.

They know what they re doing,Good job

These guys know what they're doing, and never over charge. I love the taper and fade they do. Simple, easy, and a good quality cut. Weekends are really busy.
