I forwarded a meal plan to Melissa via text and she agreed to prepare the meals. She quoted me a certain amount which I immediately paid. Two weeks later no meals. I received a text saying,”sorry I was overwhelmed and the best I can do is give you a refund.” Ten days later no refund. Unacceptable customer service.

I have ordered Meals By Melissa about 4 times now and each experience has been absolutely excellent. Melissa herself is very prompt and personable in responding to texts to make sure your order is exactly what you want and the time she saves you through this meal delivery service is priceless. I've had a few weeks where I rotate back to my own grocery shopping and cooking and I often wish I had just placed an order with Melissa to get more variety and convenience back into my busy schedule. The best part is the meals are calorie/protein/fat calculated for you so it's also an excellent option to help you towards your weight/muscle goals. Definitely give this a try!

Listen, the food is delicious. This is my second time ordering and I will be ordering more. My husband also loves the meals. Melissa is very sweet, very personable and provides great customer service. I had no problems ordering, my delivery or the food. Everything was so fresh. The food is amazing and I Love the variety in the menu! I’m so happy there are pescatarian options, and home delivery is definitely a plus! You definitely won’t be disappointed!
