Another reviewer stated getting a different tasting smoothie every time they ordered the same thing... Couldn't be more true. It makes me wonder what the quality control is like at this location. It doesn't help that every time I go here the ladies working are rude and ignore me when I say thank you, have a great day, or when I ask for something like a napkin they act like I just ruined their world.

Terrible customer service I went 3 days in a row ordered the same smoothie and it tasted different every single time. They need to work on consistency. I hate that this is the closet location to my house. Need to hire some people who want to work and don't come off like they hate it there!!!!nnThe young black gentlemen with the hair makes the best smoothies and he has good customer service.. he may be the best employee here only reason I decided to come back if anyone else is at the window I drive off everytime!

I ordered on the app and went to the store to pickup my order. I went through the drive through since that was the only way to access the store. At the order board all I could hear was the person at Smoothie King talking to the person at the window so I just pulled up to the window. At the window the employee asked what I wanted and I told them I placed an order online and was there to pick it up. The person asked me why I didn't say that at the order board and walked off. Another person walked up and in a few minutes my order was produced. I'm not sure what the person's issue is or was I'm sure they probably need to work on their customer service and online order process to make it more streamlined.
