Great service; beautiful renovation.
I love this shop, the ladies here are super professional and they listen I walked away with my edges ud83dude06ud83eudd73 so I will definitely be back.
Worst experience EVER.nnCalled ahead to set an appointment and was told that I could come immediately, but didn’t inform me of whether or not I should wash and de tangle my own hair prior to arriving.nWhen I got there I was told to come and have a seat in the back, when I sat down I noticed two women working on another patrons hair. Shortly after she walked over to me and asked me what was I looking fo get done, after showing her an image she immediately began grabbing at my hair without washing her hands. While attempting to braid my hair very little to no products were used, my hair was now dry from my pre-wash before arriving. Dorms receive a brush through to make my hair easier to braid or anything to make it easier.nnWhile braiding my hair the parts weren’t aligned, hair un-moisturized and she’s braiding and pulling extremely tight when braiding. When done only asked for payment, when i left my head was in so much pain I eventually took out the braids the same day and the following weeks I developed a huge scar/scab at the front of my head where the braids started.nnWILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!
