This is the first time going to this salon since I couldn't go back to my old hair stylist who relocated to a new place that I can't travel far anymore. So after reading and seeing the photos, I end up taking a huge risk and it definitely paid off. Christina was so nice and sweet, she paid attention to what I wanted and it turned out so good. Barry also helped out while Christina was tending to another client during my session. Overall, I'm so glad to find an amazing salon and so many great stylists. I can't wait to come back again for my next hair update. Thank you so much to the Bishops team and I'll see you soon.
Second time getting a hair cut here and I am just as happy as I was last time! Barry was so kind and funny and made me feel confident in my choice to chop off 5-6 inches of hair. I love the atmosphere of Bishops and how everyone is so friendly.They are efficient but not rushed. Their work is a product of their passion as stylists and they are so wonderful at hearing you out and meeting your needs. The last month has been hard and stressful in my personal life and being here for just a short 45 minutes made me feel at ease and it was nice to just have fun little conversation with my stylist. Thank you guys for a great time and a great haircut! I will always refer ya'll!
Update: I started with Karen in late June 2020. Karen and other staff are super friendly and very personable! Although I had a haircut by Barry back in December because Karen was unavailable, I am still loyal to Karen! Both are expert stylists! Karen also waxed my eyebrows and was phenomenal at that. Super talented! Highly recommend, y'all! Go see Karen!
I came in a bit early to my appointment and I was worried my appointment with Christina was going to delay, but thankfully I was able to get my appointment on the dot. My experience was interesting . I wanted to get something different and finding a stylist who is interested in alternative haircuts is usually a tough call. The workers are very sweet and warming. I love my haircut, even tho I did not expect it to take longer than I thought.nnBut perfection takes patience!
I had my first haircut in a while with Barry and it was amazing. The stylist was very time efficient and he gave a little extra to my hair. The shop offers services to people of all ages and genders which is cool. Unfortunately, the gift card system was not working that day. Hope to share my experience at Bishops with my loved one soon.
