My air conditioning went out on a Friday night. I called several HVAC companies the following Saturday and Matt at On Call Property Maintenance was the only one who told me he could come out on the same day to see what was going on. The fan motor ended up needing replaced on my ac unit and he came back on Sunday afternoon to install it. He quoted me a very good price especially considering he was doing all this during the weekend. I will definitely call Matt at On Call Property Management if I need help again. Thank you!

Another company charged me $70 just to come out and tell me I needed to spend $8,000 on a new hvac system. Matt didn’t charge me anything to come out and give me a second opinion. He fixed it for $175. That was 2 years ago and it’s still running. Repaired my toilet last week for $65. Fair prices. Honest work.nHighly recommend!

I had a hot water heater go out at 5am on a Sunday morning and I certainly didn't think I could get service until Monday at the earliest. I called and left a voicemail on the superior phone number and I was called back by 9:30 a.m. Sunday morning and installed WITH NO AFTER HOUR CHARGE by Sunday at 4pm. That's what I call WOW SERVICE!

I called so many people. Everyone was so vague about price and nobody could come today. Matt said he didn’t charge anything to check it out and would give me a set price before he did any repair and once repaired I would pay that price and nothing more. It was low on Freon 145 bucks and its blowing ice cold.nThanks Matt

Matt responded to my message within an hour and was at my house the same day to fix my heat. When I told him my heat wasn’t working he made me a priority due to the cold weather. He diagnosed the problem and gave me an affordable price upfront and fixed it seemingly in minutes. Thank you so much Matt Hopper.
