I go to this excellent place once a month as I enjoy the special air that is outline this restaurant. The crew is awfuly loyal and skilfull. The service is absolutely rapid. Most important, the food they prepare is excellent. I have been there many times and I was never disappointed. The pay is fair. I highly suggest this place to all my friends.

Honestly do not go here past 10 pm they have the absolute worst night crew you wait ten minutes before you even get your order taken then about 15-20 before you get your food. Idk what’s going on but they need better staffing and FAST. This one is around the corner from me & I choose to drive to the one 10 minutes away to avoid the poor service here.

I was at McDonald’s located on Buford Hwy store #34800 . An incident with a disgruntled customer was happening in the vehicle ahead of ours. We literally had to wait over 20 minutes before we could pull up. I asked her if we could have a fresh meal, since we had been in line for so long, she went on telling us it was not her fault, the customer ahead of us did not want to leave. I told her I was not surprised because the workers at the 1st drive through . Jessica was extremely unprofessional and the extremely rude, I asked her for the general manager, she said she did not know his name. I asked her for the store number, she said she refused to give me her bosses name, and/ contact information.nnSincerely,nDissatisfied Customer
