Its NO LONGER a customer satisfaction based hospitality service. Do not come here expecting some great customer service or this brand to make any sort of memorable experience in visiting. I get it, WE ARE JUST NUMBERS TO THEM. So place your order and take whatever they give you. They just don't care.

I have eaten at pretty much every McDonald's in the Atlanta metro area because the job I work keeps me in a vehicle all day so I eat a lot of fast food. McDonald's is always consistent with their food and service until now. I ordered two chicken sandwiches, a large fry, a drink, and a hot fudge sundae when I asked for honey mustard that I always get with my chicken sandwiches the employee told me that it would be a quarter per packet unless you order chicken nuggets. So ordering $10 worth of food is not enough to get two packets of honey mustard unless I ordered chicken nuggets. I understand that certain products have a sauce packet built in to their cost but I would think they would make enough money to be able to come off of two packets. I hope this trend does not catch on at any other McDonald's because any other McDonald's will be where I'm eating and not this one.

3.4.2020 at 2.38am Location is suppose to be 24 hours. But there is always a issue here. She told me they are not 24 hours. They suppose to close at 1. But they stayed open late. They are switching over for breakfast. I said ok what time is breakfast she stated 330 or 4am. LIKE REALLY.nEverytime I come to this location after 12am you don't know what your going to get. They system always down or or closed switching over to breakfast the night workers never want to work

Never, ever, ever have shakes. No grilled chicken. And frequently no lettuce. Poor service and at this point it's a joke about the shakes!! I have complained to corportate several times about the shakes, but still no fix to the problem. Again and again and again no shakes. The corporate or woner of that McDonalds is oblivious to customer care.
