I’ve been with this Insurance for three years now!! Super helpful , they are always on top of everything you need. I also do my taxes with them and the service is fast and efficient. The staff is very welcoming and friendly!

Some of them have good knowledge others don’t. I was misinformed when I clearly stated I needed a policy for 2. The person only did the quote base on 1 driver, had to call myself to get it fixed after I pay and everything he said he will fix it on another day I called and found the information myself. And I constantly had to call to follow up to see if he had the quote ready seems like they don’t want your business here. I will be spending my money at another company next time. He then went and found another policy making me wait longer when I had initially contacted them 1 week before to get it done correctly.There are other companies that are more efficient this is the first and last time getting insurance with them.

I have been using Calidad Insurance for over 6 years. I mostly go to their Doraville location. Although across the years I have also used 2 of their other locations. They have always handled everything with high professionalism and amazing customer service. Highly recommend them!
