I have been a good customer and good tipper and love pizza hut food but now I'm disappointed in pizza hut I ordered mozzarella sticks and they brought me breadsticks with cheese on them they did get the rest of my order right but refused to forgive me my mozzarella sticks so they said they give my money back takes 3 days I won't be ordering from Pizza Hut all I wanted was my mozzarella cheese sticks and that's all
Wanted to order from the app but didn’t have the same choices as the coupon I had. I called the store to place order over the phone and asked for contactless pickup. I was told contactless pickup is only available by ordering online. I asked if I can get contactless pickup by ordering online why can’t I get the same by calling my order in and paying on the phone. She couldn’t give a clear answer but that is absolutely the dumbest thing I have heard yet. I’ll just order from Domino’s. They know how to treat their customers.
After long time I was there. This time I love it.
Rude and extremely unprofessional. The person who took our order asked for the address 4 or 5 times. I was put on hold for about 4 minutes. After getting the total, I asked for the price for one of the items. She put the phone down and told another staff member “somebody better talk to this lady.” Another lady gave me the price. I was placing the order for a family member and they like Pizza Hut. In the past, I was a fan as well, but no more.
Love their pizza and pasta.
