The customer service is terrible! A couple days ago my husband called to place a order and was told that they weren’t taking orders over the phone because they were busy and that he would have to come to the restaurant to place his order and he would have to sit and wait. Even though none of that made sense he did just that. He got there and placed his order at 8:30 and had to wait 20 minutes for our chicken wings. Once he got the order he came home to discover that they had gotten his order wrong. When he realized that it was wrong he told me to call but it was already after 9 and no one answered the phone. The next day I spent most of my shift at work trying to call them but was unsuccessful because the line was busy. I kept trying periodically and eventually got someone around 6 yesterday. After I told the hostess my problem I was not only put on hold 3 times but was told that they basically wasn’t going to help me. After complaining even more the hostess asked for my number and claimed that a manager would give me a call back but I have yet to receive that call and I honestly don’t expect too
Good food with a good atmosphere. Servers are friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. Look forward to eating here again soon.
