I would never recommend this storage unit. I used them several years ago and had no problems. My brother used them awhile back and his storage unit leaked ruining all of his furniture that was stored in the unit. A1 did nothing even tried to charge him when he left he’s ruined molded furniture in the unit. Even though I was told not to use them I used them and have been with them for over a year until now. First thing that happened the owners son got my phone number and was texting and calling me asking me out I was not interested and only left my number for his mom not him. I paid my unit every month yes I was late at times but always paid my late fees. I went in to make a payment and everything was fine. 3 days later I get a certified letter stating extra charges were added to my account. Just because the owner felt like it she added 130.00 in extra charges on my account and would not remove them. I had to pay charges that were ridiculous and not in my contract just to get my stuff out of storage. Not only did she add extra charges but she also called some of my family members that she knew telling them my personal business and information from my account, even stating I cussed at her which I did not. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.

I have used A-1 for years. They have been nothing but kind to me. As long as you pay your bill on time- there are never issues.
