Terrible delivery. I ordered through the website and it took 45 minutes to get here, my work is ONE BLOCK AWAY from the store. I thought you guys were the fast people! On top of that they didn't send the chips I had ordered. Definitely won't be ordering online from here again.
Fast! Awesome employees that always remind me to use my phone number for rewards, and make sure I get my free stuff! Awesome.
We work for Soar Transportation...we were 3 of us....we ask for no cheese....guess what they did put cheese, we like avocado they put the cheese inside the cheese....kids...kids....put attention to the costumers request .

This is a as good of a Jimmy John's as you will find. Convenient location is a plus. The sandwiches are made quickly and are fresh. Prices are on par for what you expect. Employees are above the grade and do a good job. The parking situation is not optimal and gets crowded quickly, especially at prime lunch times. Egress similarly suffers from the popularity of the area.
I actually bought this sandwich for my daughter. I just got to taste it and it was very good. What gave them the five stars was the customer service! The workers were very friendly and treated us very well when we were in the store. I also like the ability to order ahead so my sandwich was mostly ready by the time I got to the shop.
