Love this place, very clean and Elissa, the owner just added new equipment. I love that it’s 24 hours also!!

Gym is small and parking is pretty tight on most evenings. I can tell they've made a concerted effort to improve so I've increased my previous rating. They have the usual weight selections, a few treadmills and ellipticals. Pros: it's the only gym in Ball Ground and it provides the basics to get a workout in. The other patrons are usually very helpful to newcomers. Cons: most equipment is older and appears to be handed down from their other locations. Parking is tight. If equipment breaks, it takes a long time to be fixed if ever.

Love this place it’s $25 a month it’s not expensive not like another reviewer put and it’s Melissa that owns the gym and is great!!!

The gym is small, and the prices are high. $100 to join, and $35 a month for membership. The only nice thing about the place is that it's a gym in Ball Ground, which is not a place you'd expect to find one otherwise.
