The staff was incredibly nice! They would pop in and out of our visit (unguided) to give us bits of information, allow the kids to hold some of the animals, or ask questions to get us to think about the possibilities. We had a wonderful visit!!

Excellence experience! The staff here are so knowledgeable and friendly! Our whole family learned so much. The presentations on reptiles and birds were entertaining and educational. Top-notch! Plus, we really appreciated the low admission price!
