I called to place an order as I usually do when it’s a chaotic work day and I can’t leave my office. The employee confirmed my name and address and asked if I wanted to order the same as I usually do. I said yes and she verified it and said the driver should be there in about 10 minutes. 30 minutes went by and nobody had shown which has never happened. I called to inquire on my order and the employee said there is no order under your phone number for today. I informed him of the time on my call log hoping that might help narrow it down. He kept me on the phone for several minutes while he browsed and then continued to state that there wasn’t an order placed. I kindly told him that I would take my business elsewhere and thanked him. A simple apology and placing my order again could have been done in the amount of time it took for this employee to argue, place me on hold, and search records.

I placed an order online for two sandwiches that were customized, but nothing I selected was done. I ordered a Club Lulu and selected NO tomatoes, and NO mayo, and I added Avocado, and wanted it cut in half. The sandwich came with the exact opposite. There was tomatoes, mayo, NO avocado, and was not cut in half. I also ordered a Little John and selected to add cheese and have it cut in half, but there was no cheese, and it was not cut in half. They clearly did not read through my order. This has happened multiple times when I’ve ordered from this location. Really disappointing!

Entered near nine, it wasn't busy. I will be bringing friends next time. Feels similar to a restaurant in New York I loved.

I order JJ for lunch quite often, and I can say that while I rarely have issues, when I do, this location takes care of them immediately. Whether it's refunding a forgotten item or just following up to learn more about any issues, they are always professional and kind. I keep coming back to this location because I know they do their absolute best to take care of their customers. At the end of the day, the food industry isn't easy to work in (I feel guilty when I have problems because I don't want to be "that person"), and I commend them for always striving to be the best.
