Poor management. Got my hair done a little over a month ago and was unhappy with how it turned out after a few washes (called back just a week later). I called and asked to speak to a manager about my hair because I felt bad being a first time client and didn't want my stylist to be at fault or feel bad. I never received a call back from management which I had requested, I received a call from the stylist who did my hair which was unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable considering it was my first visit to this salon. I called again to cancel the new appointment I made and said I wanted to speak to a manager once again to just simply fix my hair and have a more experienced stylist do it, and explained it was nothing against the first stylist.. she was so sweet. I never received a call from management and it has been about two weeks since my second call. I am unhappy with my hair more than ever and just wasted about $150.00, and now more because I'm going to have to get my hair highlighted somewhere else. Would not recommend, management clearly does not care about clientele.

Abby is a wonderful stylist. She is like an artist with a canvas, except the canvas is your hair! My color has never looked better and Abby is truly gifted at her craft. You will not regret sitting in her chair!

My experiences at Market District have always been great! Recently, after not having bleached my hair in years, I decided to get my hair balayaged. First, let me also say my hair is extremely dark brown and it is very fine. It is not the easiest to lift the color on. I was referred to Keely by a close friend, for her color expertise. I have never LOVED my hair color as much as I do, after having Keely do it. My hair is the exact colors I imagined and it still feels very healthy and is so shiny! I will definitely be using Keely for any color I choose in the future!
