Had a miscommunication got double charged was resolved in less than a minute great staff!
Order placed two weeks ago was missing half of the order. When we called they gave us a credit for the next purchase. Last night we ordered again and no credit was available, pizza took 2 hours and 45 minutes to receive, pizza was poorly made and ice cold when received. Text message was received that pizza was out fir delivery and it took another 55 minutes to receive. We have always been happy with Pizza Hut service but will not order again.
My 3 topping pizza had only 2 toppings. All 3 were to be meat. There was only 2 meats and the pepperoni topping only had 1 piece on most pieces. I asked for extra sauce and you could not see any. This was the second pizza in a row that was not good. I am finished with Pizza Hut after 15 happy years. The Cajun fries were great!

I no longer have the option for selecting the amount off sauce in the app. Since I can't get the rewards because I will be forced to call in now. I will no longer be buying pizza hut.
I saw all of that but it didn't work. The checkout still showed regular. I tried 4 or 5 times. I have ordered from your app before without problems.
